@Breakingbad920 Hi, Thanks for providing this screenshot. All of the times are well under 30ms, with your highest ping being 15ms. These numbers don't actually show us any ping spiking. Do you have anymore examples or do you know how to do a traceroute or pingplot?

Hi Ben, sometimes it pings to 100+ms but I didn't put it in the screenshot. Anyway I think I solved my problem. I put the panoramic modem into bridged mode and plug in my own router. No issue so far.
