Paying for 1Gbps and getting 200Mbps down and 16 Up.

Been having issues for a while now and i keep getting the same run around. Tech needs to come out could cost 75 dollars blah blah. I got my own modem because i was having problems with their equipmen...

I got someone coming out this Thursday, last guy said it looked like cox was throttling me lol!

The only thing that ** is that the line from my backyard is coming from my neighbors side of the house. We'll see how it goes though.
