password reset emails do not come through COX email

I am trying to reset my Republic Waste Service password, the verification email to reset  won't come through to my Cox email.  This has happened on multiple websites. Another example is DisneyPlus. I...

Cox contracts our email service to a third party.  You'll need to call Cox to open a ticket so they can contact the contractor.

I don't know what would be within an account-reset email to flag as spam...if this is the case...but it's odd it occurs from multiple websites.
