Outgoing Mail Server Offline

I am unable to send mail. I receive mail just fine, but I've tried everything to get the outgoing mail server to send. I've even deleted the mail account and re-entered it. My software is up-to-date as well. Why can I not get this to send????

    @DNC, are you getting any error messages when trying to send? Also, are you able to send while using webmail on our website? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
