My husband has been talking with Cx including a supervisor for 8+ hours today with the same issue. WE are still unable to send mail on any of our devices. We were told it was outlook then Apple only to spend an hour with Apple telling us this issue is a cox issue and very well known. Cox is very aware of the issues and refuses to accept responsibility Now we will have to try again with Cox hoping to resolve it as with our business running on Cox and the need to communicate via email we are toast! Cox has changed both of our passwords several times today. This is ridiculous and an unacceptable way to run a business Every other carrier looks good to us right YOU are doing nothing wrong it is COX!!!!!
