TVs Not Able to Connect to Internet

When I first moved in to my new house I was able to connect my TVs to the WiFi, and then I was having issues with connectivity and I reset my modem.  When the WiFi came back on, my TVs couldn’t connect, but all my other personal devices are connected.  I have tried everything from resetting the modem again, unplugging it, resetting and restarting the TV, unplugging it, factory resetting the TV, and yes waiting 30 seconds before plugging in as well.  I’m just lost on what to do and it’s really irritating, any help would be awesome!

It could be a TV setting.  Since it worked in the past, the current TV setting is probably correct, if the original factory setting provided Internet access.  It may need to be cycled off and on to reestablish the connection.

First, do you have a panoramic gateway? Second, are you talking about smart TVs or wireless cable boxes connected to the TVs? If Smart TVs does it affect all of them. Also, can it still see the network even if it can't connect? Does it give an error?

How far away from the WiFi router, is the TV?  That's the first info we need, next, what frequency? 2.4, or 5, or 6 ghz? Which router are you using? Have you moved it?
