Don't waste your time. thousands of Cox customers were impacted by an outage on December 12 which resulted problems with outlook. I have spent hours on the phone with Tier Two and Outlook. This will only be resolved when Cox migrate email customers to new servers. They will not tell you when it will be resolved.
They take NO responsibility for this. According to Cox supervisors it is the customer's fault for using Outlook.
