Hello everyone,
Lbeagley79 has done this the correct way. For anyone still having issues with outbound email. If you have any messages in your outbox please move them to another folder like drafts. Login into myemail.cox.net and change your password to something you have never used prior or a password real close to the current one you are using. Afterward even if correct re-enter the outbound port to 465 and select SSL. This may not take affect immediately as the server will need to process the password change, but should resolve any of the outbound email issues.
