NO GUEST WIFI, Really!?!

This doesn't make sense.  

Unless I can get something as simple as a guest network, I'll move providers.

I just had a rep tell me I needed to connect with ADVANCED support.  I said, Ok, let's do that.

Well, it will cost $10/mo more for Cox Care to help with this topic, then I don't know if it will even work, but to find out I have to commit to at least 3 months of the care service before I can cancel without penalty.

Note to Product Management/Marketing: whoever decided that "Oh, they'll pay that if they want more features" missed the mark.  Guest networking is basic functionality of a wireless router.  

Please change this!
