The WiFi has been in and out all week. I’ve had to reset the modem 2-3 times a day to get it to work. The WiFi isn’t working at all today.

I ve been with cox over 15 years. My internet has been down so many times in the past 6 months as soon as Verizon has space I am gone. After IdDA service was out for 3 months.. Took a call to complain about being billed with 0 service to get it fixed in a week.
It's out until best estimate 4:17 today...
Do maintainance overnight not during daytime hours.
Wifi as in just wireless connections are down? Or wired too? Do you have a Panoramic gateway? If so, what light is on it?
