New does not work in my email program

Hi, I have used my email program I paid for since 2003 and have popped my 4 cox emails over to that program with no problems ever. Now Cox has sent me a message saying if I don't change the inbound and outbound pop from outbound 25 and inbound 110 to outbound 465 inbound 995 with SSL checked they'll block my emails. I changed all four emails in my email programs settings and 465/995 does not work. I can not send or receive my emails. Cox has threatened to block all emails by 1-25-2018  if this is not changed. I tried but it does not work for me. How can I fix this so I do not lose my favorite email program I've paid for and used for years.  I contacted my email program and that is how they use it. I have never had any security issues with my email program in all these years. What pop numbers can I use to fix this?
