I had multiple packet loss windows in the morning to a little after noon and the connection stabilized around 1:30pm. The technician arrived around ~4:10pm and I explained that the connection is currently stable while showing him the PingPlotter timeline.
The tech connected the coax from modem to his diagnostic device. After a couple minutes he told me that it's testing for packet drops. Then he says that everything checks out and that there are no problems.
My last warning after getting back online was "REG-RSP-MP Mismatch Between Calculated Value for P1.6hi Compared to CCAP Provided Value".
