Low Upload

When is Cox actually going to take this problem seriously? I've seen several posts about low upload speeds and the Mods keep saying Check your Coax, lines whatever. I've had 7 techs come out in the past and all said everything looks good even though I can prove to them while they are here that the upload speed is garbage. Stop using your isolated speed test server, of course it's going to check good because it almost never reaches out of it's own node. After calling corporate and filing a complaint it finally was fixed but, was still incredibly spotty. We had a recent Ice storm damage and the restoration crews have been resetting the power levels and what do you know I'm back at barely over 1M upload all the time, sometimes with zero! This has been going on for 3 years now!!! ever since GIGABLOW was introduced connectivity has been a joke! When it twas fixed before it was an outside plant problem, noise and bad amp levels. My connection worked prior to the storm hitting and after I'm right back to garbage! MY main question, why are your outside plant techs so bad at their job? The people on the phone hang up, literally have know idea whtat they are talking about if it goes offf script. If it werent for being a monopoly ya'll would have been bankrupt years ago. It's very telling it took over a year to get the connection remotely serviceable and I had to file a complaint with corporate before it was taken seriously. Now I'm going to have to call corporate again, becuase your employess are so awful at their job. I'd switch to At&t but, somehow they manage to be worse...SMH! Pathetic!
