Issues with your internet? Call the FCC!
I spent 3 whole months trying to get cox to fix noise in the line which was causing me to have zero speed.
After getting the run around with 2 tech visits a week every week for 3 months, I finally decided to call the FCC.
The FCC said they pulled up my information with cox, saw I was having a problem, and told me they were contacting cox.
The very next day my problem was fixed.
Do not waste your time talking to these people. If you have a problem that you know 100% for sure is an issue with Cox (like you've run pingplotter, winmtr, and verified that the packet loss/slow speed is NOT your hardware) the FCC will get you fixed up reasonably quick, apparently.
