I'm in need of contacting live chat, but it sometimes is missing and sometimes not missing on the sidebar. Is Cox fixing the live chat support, or why is this? Currently, the live chat on the side is having one of those days where it's missing.
You are able to post here because the device you are using allows cookies for this site. You must also allow cookies for the site where you are attempting to initiate a chat.
Cookies are allowed, so that's why I was wondering what was going on with chat. Sometimes it appears. Sometimes it doesn't. Yet cookies are allowed.
WiderMouthOpen is right, but it is possible to get an actual person eventually. Instead of using chat, just contact cox.help@cox.com
If you still want to use chat... What browser are you using when it doesn't work?
