Did you use&nbsp;a different browser or&nbsp;device to post in this Forum than when you were trying to use Live Chat?&nbsp;&nbsp;You don't have to be signed in to the Forums to use Live Chat, but you do have to have cookies enabled to sign in to the Forums.&nbsp; That should have enabled Live Chat to work properly if you were using the same browser or device.
