Internet Speed

My daughter is a sixth grader and has to do school from her home on her computer just like most kids have to now.  We live with my father, her grandfather and he has to work from home.  She is not allowed to get on the wi-fi because it makes him  run slow on his computer.  He has to work because that is his income for living.  My parents pay for basic internet in their home, I was wondering if Cox would upgrade their internet for free during the duration of the schools being out so that my daughter and father could both do their jobs.  Thank you!
