Internet randomly cutting out at least once or twice an hour

Like the title. Internet stops and cut out once or twice an hour. I cannot do any work since it takes another 5 to 10 minites to reconnect. whats the protocol in which i am inclined to a refund ...

We are seeing alot of timeout errors on your modem. Short of checking connections/bypassing any splitters we will likely need to have a technician out to investigate.
