Internet Problems, modem error code "Dynamic Range Window violation"

Hello,

I have been having problems with my internet service and called and was told my equipment was "unhealthy." So i replaced my modem, I now have a ARRIS SB8200. I continued to have internet problems so I changed my router thinking it was the problem, I now have a Netgear AC1750. I am still experiencing Internet disconnects, I called and was told everything looked good on your end. I just recently logged into my modem to see what was going on and have these errors below. Still having internet problems very frustrated please help.

    T3 timeouts are the bigger problem in that log. The DRW violations aren't good and indicate a minor problem but the T3 timeouts are a sign of a bigger problem. I'm dealing with the same issue right now and have a tech coming in a couple of days. Check coax connections and change interior coax if you can. Other than that you probably need to get a tech to come out and troubleshoot.

    For future reference nothing you see in the modem status page or event log can be affected by your router. Any problems shown there are a problem in the modem itself or a problem somewhere up the line. I've personally never seen a problem like that be solved by replacing the modem. Not saying it can't happen, but I don't think cable modems really go bad that often.

    Got the same t3 & at4 errors. Cox texh came out & said nothing supplying the modem from cox & when it does the dbv levels are too low for upstream. Just a farce!
