T3 timeouts are the bigger problem in that log. The DRW violations aren't good and indicate a minor problem but the T3 timeouts are a sign of a bigger problem. I'm dealing with the same issue right now and have a tech coming in a couple of days. Check coax connections and change interior coax if you can. Other than that you probably need to get a tech to come out and troubleshoot.
For future reference nothing you see in the modem status page or event log can be affected by your router. Any problems shown there are a problem in the modem itself or a problem somewhere up the line. I've personally never seen a problem like that be solved by replacing the modem. Not saying it can't happen, but I don't think cable modems really go bad that often.
