Internet issues

my cox internet box is flashing green and i dont have internet right now, how do i get my internet right now, and can you tell me if there is and outage in the area of 7023 N 61ST AVE Glendale, Arizona 85301

    I have the same issue in Mesa 85202. Third night in a row... Tech support is trying to sell me new modem
