Hello. I'm sorry to hear you're having network issues. I know that can be very upsetting and disruptive to your home. I know I'd be upset myself as I rely on a consistent connection as well. Outage notifications will go out ahead of time for planned daytime outages. Notifications for planned night time outages will be posted on cox.com and the Cox app. Unplanned events cannot be notified ahead of time as these are unforeseen events, but we'll always post an ETR once our engineers and techs are on site and evaluated the issue.
