Network Management & Testing % High
Two days into my data cycle and it says I've already used 21 percent of my plan (257 GB), and 69% of that comes from "Network Management and Testing". I KNOW that I do not use that much, and have no idea where it's coming from. This has only been an issue since last data cycle.
Cox Support has been no help at all in figuring out where these number are coming from or how to figure out what it is. I have not been changing any of my data usage or activities. I just want to know how on earth to get this fixed, and I find it outrageous that I'd be charged extra for something like this when I have not changed my data usage
