Internet constantly dropping, what is being done?

I have been a Cox customer for the last 20 years. For the last month, several times a day the internet will just become non-responsive. I've seen alerts about it being fixed and then I seen the same alert with a new fix date. Meanwhile I've upgraded to the fastest internet you offer, I've purchased the cox care package, I've had a service tech come out to rule out every possible issue. At this point I'm stuck constantly unable to utilize the service I'm paying for and this has been going for over a month. Could you tell me what is being done? Are the customers like myself who this constantly impacts going to get some sort of pro-rate on the monthly bill? I'm sitting here and from 9 going to 10 PM CST I can't use my service. I had to wait 20 minutes between starts and stops just to be able to get here to the forum. I've exhausted every avenue and would love to just understand why I constantly find myself paying for service I can't reliably count on. Any communication would be great.
