Intermittent Connection - T3/T4 Timeout

Hello,

For the last few months, we've been having intermittent connection issues where our internet drops around the same time every day.

It wasn't a huge deal before, but now working from home it's unbearable. Our modem is an Arris SB6183

Here's a copy of the error logs below and under that I've copied the current status of the modem as well. I'd appreciate any help.

    Have you already check your coax connection and make sure they're secure? Also, Is the coax cable running straight to the modem or splitter/amp?
