Inability to sign on to cox email...

I see all the past issues with accessing email that are now locked for new comments.  For the past 10 months I can not access my accounts through my home pc. I've tried several browsers.  Chrome,  Microsoft,  firefox modzilla... I wad then informed my pc was too old for cox's  new appsuite. Brand new pc installed yesterday,  same problem. Went through all the same steps as last time with cox chat. Anyone find a solution that works?

    Hi KDickson, using whichever browser you prefer, type http://myaccount.cox.net into the Address bar and press Enter. Type in your Cox User ID and password. Are you able to log in successfully? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
