I have Gigablast but my internet will crash over and over all day.

I test it with just one device and it still does it and idk what els todo i got a netgear cm1000 and also use a netgear  nighthawk XR500 and everything on my side looks good but my internet will just...

ps I still have this problem even when i'm not streaming or playing games. Also I was trying to go to a new company and  they told me its because your house hold bandwidth is shared with neighborhood area and not just my house is this true?

Hello. The modem is reporting a lot of time out errors. Are there any splitters or signal amps on the cable line going to the modem? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator
