Randy, you have a bigger problem than you know. Someone has made a purchase online using your email address. They cover up the purchase by flooding you with 1,000 newsletters. You have to go thru all of the emails to find the one that says "Your item is being shipped to....." or "You can track your purchase online". Do a Google search for this scam. You are not alone.

Kevin I have no problem sending or receiving emails and I am using Thunderbird on my laptop. The "email delivery failure." are emails I have not sent, its from who ever spoofed my email. So in the end those are good because I didn't get signed up for something. 🙂
But its a sign to me the cox email server still may have an issue.
