How do I get Customer Service

I have tried to chat:  after 15 minutes of waiting I am told to call a number.

I call the number and after waiting half an hour I talk to someone who tells me to call another number.

I call another number and the person says they cannot help me and no one there can.

I have spent 3 days trying to get customer service.  Any suggestions?
