Hotspot Outtage
For over a year now the Cox Hotspots located outside my home (which worked very well) have disappeared.
Will they ever return? The location confirmed in the Cox Connect app is 5761 E Brown Road, Mesa, Arizona 85205

- Hello, it is possible that you may be experiencing a poor connection to the hot spot. If you move closer to the WiFi hotspot, are you able to locate the network name in your network settings? Have you tried using a different device to locate the Hotspot? If you're only using one device, please make sure your device's operating system is up-to-date with the latest firmware. -Kevin M. My desktop PC would see this hotspot without issue, and that computer has not moved in 4 years. I'll walk around to see if my phone or tablet picks it up.
