Fiber internet down for the past 3 days

I’ve been without internet since Thursday night. I’ve had a tech come over on Friday 8/16 and Today 8/17 but the issue has not been resolved. I feel like I’ve been lied to and played with and still cant not connect to the fiber internet.

    I have just upgraded to fiber couple of weeks ago as well and have been down since Thursday night with no ETA

        I did email cox several times, but there is no ETA for a fix. Today is day 4 without internet and I’m sure Cox doesn't care.
