Extreme packet loss between modem and next hop

I have been experiencing a high amount of packet loss, anywhere from 19% - 37% (had one instance go up to 50%).

Ran cmd tracert to 8.8.8.8 to look up the all the IP address hops and see where it could be happening.

Pinged my router, and came back 0% loss, time<1ms (average).

Pinged my modem, and came back % loss, time<2ms (average).

Pinged the next IP address 10.X.XX.X and this is where the packet loss is occurring. all other IP addresses after that have a similar packet loss.

Does this mean the loss is happening between the modem and the next location, which is my ISP?

Below is my modem connection.

Not sure if there is anything that stands out that could cause an issue.

Only thing that has a little variance is the Pwr (dBmV) about 7 (-4.2 to 3.7), where i think the recommended spread from high to low is a difference of 3.

    Hi @Akipi,

I have run a ping test on your modem and I get 0% packet loss. All of your signals look good as well. Although I do see a few timeouts on your modem. Are there any splitters or amplifiers that are connected to the coaxial that is screwed into the back of your modem? If so can you bypass the splitter/amplifier and plug it directly into the wall from the modem?
