Event Log full of errors and Interrupted service all day

I have tried reporting this via the phone help line and they never really fixed the problem.

I have bought and ran all new hardware trying to eliminate any problems on my end but it seems there is till something going on.

Wasn't till recently when someone (probably a homeless or deranged person) ripped the cover off our cable box on the corner of our property. Looking at it I noticed the cable line going to our house has a pretty good kink in the line (looks worse in person). could this be the cause of my issues? Can you send some one to cut this small section off and reattach?
