I recently discovered that all emails sent from zzzzz@rice.edu are NOT getting to my Cox email account (xxxxx@cox.net) and also same problems to another email (yyyyy@cox.net) are also being rejected. SEE EMAIL error messages below:

I can't believe that all emails from Rice University (rice.edu) are being blocked.

How do I resolve this?

blocked or in website spam folder?

every time i come to the forum i also check webmail & generally find 3-12 items in spam folder & not all are from questionable senders.

blocked.  The other person sending the original email gets 554 ... bounce back / reject email.

I have emailed details to unblock.request@cox.net and to support@coxmail.net but have not received a reply from either one.  Any idea how long it takes for them to respond?
