Hi Rick, we apologize for having caused frustration with our WebMail server. If the message is in the Spam folder or the subject line is marked with the text “--SPAM--”, the message has been classified as Spam. For messages classified as spam, you do have the following options:
-You are welcome to forward the problem message as an attachment to thisisnotspam@cox.net, so this can be reviewed.
-If you have our Classic WebMail, click the "This Is Not Spam" button.
-If you have our Enhanced WebMail, click the "Not Spam button."
