I ordered the Straight Up Internet plan on 8/30 and paid the $30 on checkout. A day later, 9/1,
I noticed EasyPay had not been activated and when I attempted to activate it, there was an amount requested of $50 and decided to wait until I could get further information
Is there a $50 charge to activate EasyPay?
The error message on logging into my account is also very confusing.
"We're sorry, but it appears that the Cox.com account you logged in with is associated with an account that is no longer active.."
Could it be the account has been orphaned or is out of sync which is causing the problem?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
