Dynamic Range Window violation

Hello,

I been having issues with my internet lately, I notice that my upload arrow will randomly start blinking then all of my devices will loose connection after a minute or so everything will back to normal. I ran a system log on my Motorola MB8600 modem and I get Dynamic Range window Violation and T3 timeouts.

can anyone help me? I also called IT Support at COX but every single agent I speak to they have no clue what Im talking about.

here is the System Log -

The T3 timeout is the real problem. That's why it's listed as Critical and the DRW violation is only listed as Warning. You also have some T4 timeouts which indicate an even bigger problem. Remove all unnecessary splitters and replace all interior cable with brand new RG6 cable. If that doesn't help you need to call for a service tech. There's nothing the phone or chat techs can do to fix the problem and most of them don't even know what those logs mean.
