Dynamic Range Window Violation and various other issues

Recently have chronic loss of internet (modem is loosing connection). Modem is new Airis SB6183, Techs have been out three times and replaced all connection and coax from house to pedestal. Seemed to improve power levels but connection is still dropping out .  I suspect problem is related to some configuration or equipment issue at  head end. Can’t get through to the right tech at cox to get this fixed. Any ideas?  See event log below from today..
