Keep calling cox, file FCC complaints, escalate it, do everything and anything to get your problem on there radar, do EVERYTHING, you have to keep pushing it, like I did. I did everything and then some, constant calling them everyday for weeks and finally got the right person and they sent a tech out and he monitored my network for days and kept me informed and then he came to my house and we talked and troubleshooted it till it was fixed.
