Don’t know but as of this morning I can’t access any of my “watch now” channels though I can watch recorded shows. Not happy!

If some content is working (examples: DirecTV Now recorded shows, or Netflix, Amazon, and CBS content) but not all, it isn't a Cox issue. Cox can't differentiate one type of Roku streaming content from another. Your Roku either has an internet connection or it does not. It is more likely an issue within the DirecTV Now app. You might want to uninstall the DirecTV Now app, reboot the Roku device, and then reinstall the DirecTV Now app. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
