Devices connected to the panoramic router appear offline

I have several servers connected through Ethernet to the cox panoramic router. On the router webpage, (typing the routers ipv4 into a browser) the device(s) in question are shown as connected. However, on the WiFi.cox.com webpage, it shows the device as offline. Because I cant portforward from the router page it is impossible for me to open ports to the server.

Any help is appreciated, either enabling portforwarding on the router or page or getting the devices to be listed online.
