Honestly, this is not getting enough attention. It is a widespread issue throughout San Diego for Cox customers. We would appreciate much more transparency on how this is being solved. It has been almost 3 weeks of this issue where I can't play from the time I get home from work until 11pm. If this keeps up, I will DEFINITELY be switching my ISP to one of your competitors as even if the issue doesn't lie on your side, it is exclusive to Cox and no one else. I have had this internet with you guys for months and it used to be fine so clearly there is something that can be done to remedy the problem.

Looking from this end, all seems well with the connection itself. It might help if you could collect some trace routes to the destination you're trying to connect to and share so we may take a look for problems.
