I have the exact same issue as all these people, I love in Orange County and a couple days ago i just happened to start getting crazy packet loss. I've called cox plenty of times trying to fix other issues and in the end they send a "technician" out. I've tried to fix the issue by calling them plenty of times, but at this point I feel like there is nothing i can do. I have massive packet loss and have been paying over 60 dollars for internet for nearly a decade and in the past year all I have gotten is frustration. Please could a moderator help me with this issue on here.
