I am in Arizona and this has been an issue for 4 weeks straight every night. Like clock work at 5:00 PM the packet loss and signal strength drop instantly. Remains that way until 11:00 PM. They post a service outage every single day on the website for those hours. Yesterday was the first time in 4 weeks that COX did not post a service outage but the problem remained. I am on my second tech run today and have gotten nothing but garbage support from cox from day 1. Verizon is running fiber optics in 2019 to valley. We will be freed of the burden of Cox communication very soon.
