Cox Panoramic Wifi app

Problem:  After moving my Cox service to new address, my Cox Panoramic App has stopped working. 

After logging in, it goes to a page that says:

"Your Gateway May Be Offline"
We're unable to reach your Gateway right now.

Sign out

it was working fine at the old address.  Same router.
