Cox internet problems with League of legends LAN Server

so about a month and half ago I I wasnt able to play league of legends LAN server due to a "no connection error" I thought it was a glitch because of league of legends it wasnt until i contacted riot games and they made me do a lot of test and send it to them and they concluded that Cox Servers had problems connecting to their LATAM server and that cox should investigate it whenever I use a VPN the game works just fine as soon as I turn off the VPN the game starts reloading as if I didnt have internet does and no Cox is not going to help if you guys send a "signal" to my router leave that script aside from this problem theyve sent signals to try to fix it nothing happens
