Cox Connect not syncing with Panoramic Modem
After a successful installation of the new modem, I noticed it does not link with the Cox app or in the "my wifi" section of the Cox site.
Devices are working, phone, TV, computer are all goo . I renamed the network to match the old modem and reset the password to match the old. The only problem is the modem not showing up under the Cox links.
Anyone experience similar issues?
Yes...everything is working and showing in the panoramic app. I will tell you that your phone tech who activated the modem because the account wasn't set up correctly did not mention a different app. The chat support lady didn't either...she had me uninstall and reinstall the Connect app.
If only there could be one integrated app....
