Transparency!
It seems to be a big problems with cox. I was told my data was over significantly, but the agent couldn’t give me the actual amount. Convince me that I should upgrade to unlimited data. There two adults in the house both work all day, no video games etc. It doesn’t add up. I still upgraded to the unlimited service for $50 more, only to be charged additional 40 for the difference within the billing period. I was basically made to spend $90 extra for data below my initial plan. I’m very disappointed! I can only imagine how they they take advantage of people who don’t check their bills or have options to change services.
