cox cable wire on the ground , Del City Oklahoma zip 73115

My cox cable wire is on the ground as the wire holding it to my home broke about 1 foot from the anchor. I need to report this and can not get the phone people interested enough to quit quoting endless menu options that do not include damage reporting , or find a trouble reporting page on the Cox web site to report physical damage.

    Hmm...I don't think a Cox technician would repair this or not.  For a faster response, send an email to cox.help@cox.com.

        Let us know if Cox would fix your detached wire.
