Contour box will not connect to internet
I have downloaded the app, followed both the on screen instructions from the app, and I still end up with a flashing white light and no internet connection.
I’ve tried restarting the system, rebooting, all the stuff Cox always recommends. Yet it still flashes white.
I plug in my old Contour box and no issues whatsoever. Any help would be appreciated. And from customer support, please don’t give me the whole it could take 15 minutes garbage. I’ve waited 30 minutes several times this weekend and still the same results.
I’ve been in IT for a long, long time and this should have been a simple plug and play situation. I am becoming more and more irritated with every update and new piece of equipment.
